The Angono Ateliers Association, the first art group organized since 1975 has labored for 26 years its commitment to develop the town of Angono into an art community or what we better know in the Philippine art scene as an "Artists' Village". Members may come and go but the association's commitment to teach, educate the people about the arts are a tall order that this organization has embraced for years. The annual art exhibition in the own plaza and elsewhere in Angono is a firm commitment by the association to bring art to the masses. The yearly on the spot painting contest handled by AAA among children of Angono was an eye opener to awaken its artistic capabilities at a chrysalis a stage of a child. Let's not forget that the creativity of the people branched out to different expression such as music, literature, and theatre to name a few.The people's love for arts and deep devotion to its culture and tradition will more and more determine its true identity as an ARTIST PARADISE.
